Dear Neighbor:
This letter is notice of the annual homeowners meeting to be held:
Tuesday, January 31, 2012
6:30-8:30 PM
Barfield Baptist Church (1033 Barfield Church Rd, Murfreesboro, TN) barfieldbaptist.org
The primary purpose of this meeting is to approve the 2012 HOA budget by a vote of the attending homeowners. The board will be presenting a budget based upon an annual assessment of $250.00 per lot.
Additionally, there will be a vote to approve board members for 2012, and there is a need for additional board members to fill upcoming vacancies. If you would like to participate in this capacity, please contact Matt Meyer (mattmeyer@comcast.net) by January 15, 2012.
Lastly, the board has invited attorney Jo Atwood to speak on some critical issues with the current amendments to the restrictive covenants. As they stand, our covenants are incomplete and must be addressed, and Ms. Atwood will review the noted issues with the existing amendments and discuss proposed changes put forth by the board.
