Selling A Home Checklist

Note: Closing agent submission form is not currently working.  We are in the process of correcting the issues.  In the interim, please send all closing requests to treasurer@savannahridgehoa.com 

  • All outstanding dues must be paid in full
  • Transfer Fee: $150
  • Covenants must be provided to new home owners
  • Fees and outstanding dues must be returned to HOA
  • Submit request for Closing Statement

Annual Dues are $250 per year. These dues are due at the beginning of each calendar year. A late fee of $50 will be assessed if dues are not paid on time. A lien will be assessed on properties that are more than one year in arrears.

When selling a home a transfer fee of $150 is assessed at closing.

All new home owners should receive covenants and amendements at closing.

To request a closing statement the closing agent should complete the form on this page. We will email all required documents to closing agent. All requests are completed during next office hours: Monday and Wednesday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
