- All outstanding dues must be paid in full
- Transfer Fee: $150
- Covenants must be provided to new home owners
- Fees and outstanding dues must be returned to HOA

Annual Dues are $250 per year. These dues are due at the beginning of each calendar year. A late fee of $50 will be assessed if dues are not paid on time. A lien will be assessed on properties that are more than one year in arrears.
When selling a home a transfer fee of $150 is assessed at closing.
