Savannah Ridge Past Due Accouts

It is important that all homeowners pay there annual association dues which helps in maintaining the area we live in. There are some who have not paid there dues on a regular basis who are listed in the pdf file which can be found on the financial page of the website. By posting this list, it would provide a means to keep homeowners informed who need to pay their dues. If you have any questions contact one of the board members. The file with the names can be found on the financial page.

POOL RULES

New pool hours are 9 am till 10 pm now. Please remember the pool rules as you enjoy our pool this summer. Do not let those in without a key card.... Please be mindful of how many guests you invite with you. Also, I cannot stress enough how important it is to stop anyone you see breaking the rules or being destructive or disrespectful at the pool. The pool is maintained for the enjoyment of our entire neighborhood.

2010 Dues for Savannah Ridge - We still have eleven homeowners who have not paid their 2010 dues. A collection agency has been contacted to collect these fees.

Homeowners Meeting

Saturday, September 18th, 12 noon at pool and pavilion

There will be a pool party at the pool and pavilion beginning at 12 noon on Saturday 9/18/10 serving hot dogs, chili, chips, etc., and a homeowners meeting beginning at 1 pm. This meeting will discuss some changes to the covenants and assessing fines for non-compliance with our covenants as well as updates on our collection of unpaid dues and an update on what is going on in the subdivision and with all the committees. This is a good time to give your input and, of course, another opportunity to volunteer!
