There will be a pool party at the pool and pavilion beginning at 12 noon on Saturday 9/18/10 serving hot dogs, chili, chips, etc., and a homeowners meeting beginning at 1 pm. This meeting will discuss some changes to the covenants and assessing fines for non-compliance with our covenants as well as updates on our collection of unpaid dues and an update on what is going on in the subdivision and with all the committees. This is a good time to give your input and, of course, another opportunity to volunteer!
