A Homeowners Association (HOA) is an organization within a subdivision, planned community, or condominium that establishes and enforces rules and guidelines for the properties within its jurisdiction. The primary goal of an HOA is to maintain and enhance property values and the quality of life for all community residents. Membership is typically mandatory for all property owners within the community, and members are usually required to pay dues, which contribute to the maintenance and improvement of shared amenities and community areas.
Annual Dues are $250 per year. These dues are due at the beginning of each calendar year. A late fee of $50 will be assessed if dues are not paid on time. A lien will be assessed on properties that are more than one year in arrears.
Savannah Ridge has a swimming pool, a playground, and a pavilion that can be reserved for the members of the community.
Our mission is to enhance and preserve the quality of life and sense of community. To that end we commit to: The effective and efficient management of the Association. The enforcement of rules and covenants to preserve property values. The support of initiatives and capital improvements that benefit the greater good of the commuity.
